One of the questions I get asked by most by my clients when we first speak is, "So how does this process work?"
Well let me explain!
To get the process started, you will need to fill out the fast cash offer form giving as much information as you can about the property and it's condition, add any pictures you may have, and let me know what you would like to get for the property. Once I receive the form, I will review and give you a call with an offer within 24 hrs! Don't want to fill out the form? Once we have agreed on a price, one of my partners or myself will come to look at the property just to make sure there are not any major concerns. If everything is as we discussed, I will email the purchase agreement and call to go over it with you, answering any questions you may have. Once you are ready, just e-sign the document from your phone or computer and you're done!
I will send over the agreement to the attorney's office for them to start a title search which shows that you own the property and have the right to sell it, and it will show any out standing liens against the property. Any outstanding liens including taxes, HOA fees, and mortgages will have to be paid out of the offer price from the sale. Once they have all the information needed, they will then draw up all the closing documents and set a date & time for us to close!
Show up on closing day, sign a few documents, and collect your money. It's that simple! We also have options for out-of-state owners that can't be at closing in person. The best part is we pay ALL closing cost so you get the most money possible!
